Request SLQ file to Excel File

Suppose i have a database file of records in SLQ format. Now i have to extract the emails and phone numbers for marketing. How to do so ? Is there any free software to covert the sql file into excel file ? Please help me out

Its very easy, either import the sql.file into sql workbench and then use SQL to extract the data into a .txt file (Its easier to work with .txt to excel), else yu can use any other programming language.
