Actually, yes I am a newbie, with some theoretical knowledge about this stuff.

But I think we misunderstood each other, my question was really about log-gathering methods. There are a few methods I could think of like phishing, MitM, or from data breaches, but I was wondering what is the actual method that works the best.

I agree with you how come that a person with 175 likes asks such a question, I call it phishing
