Not Ethical Materials. What Are You Doing? Give Up? Questions

Hello, I am at the initial stage of the topic of this forum. I don't know how to behave when, as a result of my "investigation", I come across bad materials, mainly mega.nz. While looking for something interesting, I encounter disgusting images. I don't know if it only affects me, but child pornography, for example.


What do you do in such a case?
Or am I too sensitive?....

child pornography already disgusting thing, when you see a disgusting material you need to get used or dont look that material.

sometimes i feel world is full of shit, sometimes that world is not that bad, i have been through this, even i hate CP and such stuff..
here is my advice
1. Take a Break Sometimes, stepping away from the internet for a while can help clear your mind and reduce stress.
2. in algebra / math's "2 negative together make positive" which worked in my favor like watching something Negative "Black Mirror" (Netflix) or may be "Death Note" (Anime) or "Death Parade" (Anime).

well... we are all humans with emotions and empathy... which is important and its ok to be sensitive. and completely normal.
