I have extracted information from the Ecuadorian electoral council, as well as some credentials and a list of all corporate emails with the help of an 0day that I have developed for one of its WebApps. It uses the incapsula firewall but I have been able to bypass it with the help of an exploit that I have tried with other interfaces of Ecuador

Number of affected: 3,998

I have not downloaded the documents yet, so for now I can release a part, there are many documents
