Hello, guys. Can someone help me with creating a telegram account, I've been trying for long, tried every possible FREE site, it doesn't work.
I only need 1 phone number, for the first login and registration accordingly, if anyone can give me a shoulder I will be extremely grateful and obliged.

I don't understand what you are struggling with, why not just download the app on a phone ?
