Questions How To Post A Thread That Would Go To Tools Threads

hi guys sorry for the stupid question but i have a lot of tools i can share with leakbase and i would love to share but when i start thread it gives me mostly database/leak/account sections - how do i post in osint n tools sections found on the main page box ?
