Easiest way is to install mysql server and mysqlworkbench. Once you have mysql server installed, configure workbench with connecting to mysql server using localhost IP (127.0.0.1) and connect with username and password which you had configured during mysql install. Then you should be able to connect. Next you can go to mysql workbench and import your sql file. Once you have imported your sql file select the database>tables you want and export to csv. You can export easily with just mysql server, but to graphically view everything use workbench.
