if u want to start easy try to learn google dorking for first ( with google dorking u make research in the deep of google using special commands text and then u can hope to get some spicy infos on the thing that u wanted to research like maybe u aim to search about cakes but u dont find the site that u want so u gonna use special commands to search what u want to get. So for a conclusion when u search something on the internet, google give u alot of sites and most of these sites u not gonna click on them cuz u dont want but with google dorking u write special commands that will let google search what u want to get and there is alot of courses on ytb and they are free, so start from here and also some links that may can help u for google dorking )
