Accs BLE GATT server on Android device to bond ATM

Dear Members,
I'd like to ask you what do you think about my idea related to implementing a GATT server with Android Studio, in Java/Kotlin and insert the authorizations in the Android manifest xml, then transfer all into my Android smartphone e bonding to an ATM in proximity, so I can send info ATM status requests, receive all parameters and finally send input to the right fields, with precise query in values of Byte or Array to operate into the Cassette sector and Dispenser system.
I leave you a video of what I could be able to do until now.
