holy sheeeeeit. why this one so much cheaper than the other one when it has like five times the data?? also is 150,358,715 the # of users? that's like the entire adult population of brazil.

you're going to have trouble getting offers without the file being authenticated. a db with that many records should receive a ton of interest normally but i think people are suspicious.
