Incorrect, as that would be a faulty comparison. HIBP allows checking whether or not an Email, Phone Number, or Password is leaked, and provides the source of the breach.

This service allows full view of the leaked credentials with many search parameter, more features, and is completely FREE.

Others charge thousands of dollars for the same exact service.
